The person at the Starbucks today at 6:00 am was amazing please give her a raise such wonderful costumer service. She is five stars. As far as other personal not so helpful. I realize that you are operating at 25 percent, that being the case I would think the service would be much better. Your employees would have time for each customer. Half the time we looked for help and could not find anyone, or if we did just did not seem to care.nThe art in this casino is amazing. The rooms were good.nWe had to go back to town to eat, could not get take out, and no room service.

My husband had to work in this area so we stayed here. The hotel services was absolutely wonderful clean rooms so they get a 5 star.nnAs for the restaurant's they get a 1 star. I called down to place an order at one of restaurants and I was told they could not take my order because their was a line. Wow. Another night I went down to a different restaurant and stood in line for about 20 min just to place a To Go order. They lady said it would take 10 to 15 min for my order. 30 minutes passes by so I asked about my order and the same lady told me that they was just waiting for my fries. So another 15 goes by and still no order. By this time I just want my money back because I'm noticing that a few of customer's that were behind me had already got a table and their food was already coming out. So by this time its been another 15 minutes just waiting for the supervisor to come down to refund my money. The lady that took my order and the supervisor were very rude. Not an apology for their F#€% up. They really need to train their employees better.

Resort is beautiful, very clean and well kept. Dog friendly with fee. Restaurants serve good food. Casino slots don't pay well. Gift shop has Native jewelry and art for sale. Lots of Native art displayed throughout hotel. Golf course went down a couple of years ago but unsure of now. Very nice pool. Nice gym and jacuzzis for guests. Spa available but have not been. Hilton members get good point discounts and often upgrades. Nice place.

It was nice to go back to one of my favorite places , love the atmosphere, machines a little too loud couldn't hear announcements. Employees as always friendly with a smile no beverage stations n servers who walks around goes home early but even the suits will go get you a drink. Security was helpful no hesitation if need an escort to vehicle. Not really necessary it's a very safe place. If anything order a breakfast burrito they're as good as Blake's!

It was okay. I haven't been able to come home with money in quite a while! My money goes very quickly, but I'd like going there, and I like the machines, but I can't win! They used to offer more perks than they are doing now. I've been a loyal player for many many years, and I go at least twice a week. I still only get $10 free play and I used to get food vouchers, but as of this month I haven't gotten any!
