Value for money not received. Washroom was not cleaned properly. Room windows were very dirty. Overall hotel is not being managed properly.

All the basic features a hotel should have are missing.nFirst of all it is not at all clean,nLobby, room, bathroom, restaurant.nBed sheets are not clean there were stains visible.nNo hot water, turned on the tap for 15-20 minutes did get any hot water.nSmell in the restaurant is horrible instantly gave me Vomit sensation.nDidn’t had breakfast, vacated the room as soon as possible.
