One of the worst service I never seen staffs are such rud behaviour to customers in thiruvarur office.nnWe got the parcel from chennai and and thiruvarur office no one intimated to us and return back my parcel to chennai.nnWhen I called the officials they are give the details properly also they didn't come to home address and not even called me.nnPlease do not send any parcel to thiruvarur DTDC office.

While i went to thier office to collect my parcel nobody was there and it was locked. I called them they told me like their lunch time is from 2 to 4. I never heard of such a long lunch time

From delhi to tiruvarur ,it takes just 3 days.to deliver the product itself it takes 3 days...
