They are fraud management , they need advance amount as fast ,and no response from company side many employees cheat , So be carefull if u need land pls check the EC and DTCP approval , dont buy if you buy ur own risk but money no return

Fraud and Cheating company ,person by name RAMU GANESAN got money for plots in his own personal account as advance for JEMI housing .RAMU GANESAN from JEMI housing asked for money in personal accounts ,when I resisted and asked for details,later told its cancelled ,even after providing receipt,he cheated the money and ran way.Reporting to Police. Not professional at all.Suddently he didnt attend calls . Please avoid from RAMU GANESAN and JEMI HOUSING, FRAUDS and CHEATS.nnDont recommend for anyone, Guys ,stay away . This company needs to be reported in Real Estate Regulations issuennRate as 0 stars, be cautious and stay away of the cheat and fraud

Cheating company, all phone numbers in their website will go to ,they get advance money in personal account and escape with money .Many police cases filed.nnPlease stay away , especially the useless fellow by name Ramu ganesan is the most fraud in Madurai area from this company.nnZero stars
