Worst ever experience I had with the hotel. I reached there in the night. After reaching, the hotel told me that as it was a OYO booking, they would not honour the booking. I had booked through Expedia, who booked on OYO. Amid night curfew this hotel asked me to pay or leave. That day, I was out of cash. Hence, could not pay the hotel and I was treated badly and finally removed from there as if I was a thief. I then realized all the reviews of the hotel were sponsored. This hotel is in a small pavement with congested entrance and rooms. Smelly toilet.

Best hotel in Vrindavan. I stayed there with my family. Very good and professional staff. It's gives the home away from home feeling.nHighly recommended to all category of customers.

Absolutely perfect stay, Rooms are nice , cleaned, staff is really professional,nExcellent breakfast which was included.,, exceptional service by everyone,one of your manager Dhir Singh was very helpful and was available all d time,thank u guys ,keep it up, best wishes,,will recommend this hotel to my friends n relatives..

Location is very good. It's only on walk-in distance of banke bihari mandir. Staff is so helpfull.
