One of the best places to stay in Darjeeling. Walking distance from Mall. Nice spacious rooms with big glass windows. Spacious bathroom. Clean and tidy. Staffs very polite and courteous. But Food could have been better. Option are very few.

Fantabulous location. Enjoyed every moment during the stay. Checked out with fond memories of the place, people and food. My advise eat your meals at the resort itself. Warm and hospitable resort team members make the stay truly a lovely experience. Just you have to walk some distance to reach to the mall.

It was an Amazing Experience at The Hermitage.nThe Rooms were well equipped and a good resting spot for the tourists.nThe Staffs were amazingly lovely and kind.nLooking forward to revisit..

The location is the prime USP of this property. The staff are very cordial and humble. Not much scope in the food menu though - little understaffed and not much options - for Covid I guess. The rooms are good enough though few basics in the bathroom are missing - like a soap holder in the shower area.

The hotel has a heritage feel to it. Staff is polite. The food is excellent. 10 mins walking from the mall and you will reach the hotel. On a clear sky Kanchenjunga could be seen from your bed.
