Contruction is good.nnOur flat in Migsun Roof need to be handover on Dec 2019 as per agreement but its May, 2021 still not handed over, also no idea till when it could be legally.nnOver call, they always told us to take possession after paying registry amount to them. But they don't have OC/CC with them, without which it is totally illegal to take possession.nnWithout OC, registry is not possible, also not able to sell the flat without registry.nnMostly all of their employees don't have the manners to talk and what to talk.nnThere are lots of other related issues.nnGiven 4 star, because last time they had got removed all their negative reviews.nnAlso there are many positive paid reviews in different platforms of Migsun.nnAny one can check these details after visiting the site and discuss things behaving as flat owner in their project.

Small size apartment.nWill take atleast a year to finish.nConstruction work going on according to payment received.

Commitment was to provide possession on Dec 2019, no possession yet.nnWithout Oc and CC, they demanded 10% last payment (to be taken at the time of possession) on January 2020. Still no possession yet. Also applying penalty who doesn't pay this amount, which is totally illegal as without OC and CC certificates no nay builder could provide possession.nnEven no any road to reach the Migsun Roof site.nnOnly way to reach is via villages.

Beautifully constructed property in Ghaziabad. Conceptualised building having right ventilation, appropriate sunlight. Good experience after my investment in Migsun Roof.
