The PA/ OSD of CM, Jagdish Chandra Kulbe doesn't let most of the people meet the CM. The CM can meet only those people whom this Kulbe want's. First of all he talks really rudely on phone and asks what is the matter and then straight away refuses to give you permission to meet the CM and disconnects the phone. Then whenever you call him, he would disconnect the call ,as soon as he hear your voice. No matter how much you call him and request him to let you meet the CM, he doesn't care at all. My mother tried to meet the CM thrice, regarding a very serious matter. But everytime this Kulbe did not let her meet the CM.nThese ministers beg us for votes at the time of elections, and as soon as they get elected, they place bouncer's like Kulbe in between them and us, so as to prevent us from meeting them.nThis is the reality of our so called world's biggest democracy.

There is very poor response and no one help me when I am asking any question related to government and when I ask something about the trenches they didn't we get the reply it's a nearby Tajpur Road you also found Ghantaghar near to Police Headquarter but I think according to me they must be improved yourself and otherwise they are not well I think they are very bad
