Worst hospital staff in particular about appointments, appointment staff plays games in issuing token system and if we call another number mangers answers phone and asks not call this number and ignore our calls, staff takes money personally from known patients and send patients inside without appointment, purely worst staff ,only on doctor hyma treatment wise good

Treatment wise it's a best hospital in ananthapur...but tking of dr.hyma oppint ment shedule is not correct it's toomuch time to take oppoint ment they given a no for appoint ment they tell that time is exact 5:30 pm even 2 min before u call they don't take the appoint ment after 5:30 they don't lift the phone it's cv omming busy tone for at least 1- 2 hrs .,.in that time our patiency will go out continuesly I tryd it for 1:30 hrs still busy tone not lifting the phone...

Treatment is good but the staff members are very lazy than you think no quick response will be received no proper rules and regulations.

Dr. Hyma should spend atleast 5 mins with the patient before moving to the other patient. The staff is very Negligent. Will never visit again.
