Worst service , I visited morning to receive cheque on Matured NSC Certificates . Since morning NSC responsible person saying manager will come just now he went outside , Is this the way to serve their job. Where did he went office hours .. Government should take action on this kind of people .nnNow its around 4PM.nnIts better to take any savings schemes in banks .
