Had a very bad experience, It took 4 days to update the passbook, I am in line for 3 hours at the deposit and withdrawal counter, and then work is done.

All windows are sealed, no proper waiting area..nnNo air/fan/AC while waiting for your turn , suffocating during the summer months..
