Worst ever experience. Rooms are not good at all. Person sitting on reception can easily spy or can see in your room. They are charging gst tax on MRP

As in all Treebo hotels, the rooms are spacious and the decor nice. The breakfast was not upto the standard I'm used to at Treebo hotels.nI had to ask several times, in fact it took two days, to replace the coffee sachets with tea bags.nThe location is very good. The Mani Majra bus stand is a few minutes away by walk. Buses to several destinations in Chandigarh, nearby towns in Haryana & Himachal Pradesh can be boarded on the main road opposite to the hotel.

The only good thing about the hotel is the convenient location. Other than that the staff have no clue about running a hotel. I was never given the wifi password although asked numerous times. Sheets were stained. The key card didn't work and I was asked to call the manager everytime for his master key every time I was out of my room. The geyser was broken. Bathroom rod was broken. Window shades wouldn't go up properly. Furniture was dirty. Breakfast service is delayed. I couldn't leave on time because there was no water for almost an hour. They just asked me to wait. Luckily I hadn't a flight or I'd definitely have missed it. Please do your money a service by spending it elsewhere.
