This store is good but the staff behaviour is pathetic. When complained about the poor service, the store manager behaved very arrogantly and unprofessionally. Basically, they need training to understand the importance of customer service and the way to behave with customers. Green leaf management should that they are in a business of high competition and if you mistreat your customers, your business could take big hit.
Customer service - somebody kindly donate a dictionary having the word mentioned above...
Good supermarket in kaloor.silent area. Quality frouts and vegitable, good chocolate avilable in this store.area less but more product covered the store. Good security staff, he help us all custmers.nShop is 100% covid protocols.
The place needs to spruce up. The billing counter and Fruits & vegetable section is often very very dirty & un hygienic.
Bad online service...I didn't get 2 items...and I called so many times they didn't pick the phone..then I send email and msg they didn't respond..l lost my money...bad experience .
