43 minutes agonI experienced a very bad and pathetic situation over in one of their DH road branch . I purchased a Asian Flask on 5th of November 2020 for a hospital need. It was written on flask that it will keep hot liquids upto 18 hrs inside.nOn this writing I was convinced and purchased for 820 rupees.nWhen I start using I came to know that it is not even holding hotness of liquid like tea or water not more than 1 hr.nI returned on 6th and supervisor over there assured me that he will return amount after if replaced item is not working the next day . I agreed that.I started using and same situation was experienced.nOn 7th November I again met shop people as they assured asked amount return since my preferred brand was not available on this shop.nThis shop supervisor didn't responded as assured and asked me to contact company people if I need support and said they can't return or do anything on this.nMy question is to higher authority of shop that if you can't keep assured promise why the commitments?nVery very poor customer service and bad policy side.nPoor experience.nNever people choose this type of low quality supermarket brands.

Friendly, helpful nd quick service, quality items with fair price.
