I was born and brought up here in Eroor and am seeing Ayyampillikavu temple from my childhood onwards. Its an old Devi temple may be older than 100+ years.nnAbout a couple of decades ago this temple had all its beauty and elegance to raise up the head among other temples of Eroor. When I was young, I used to go to here with elders of my family and I was really able to feel the power of positive energy that emanates from this temple. Even though now a days I won't go to any temple's quite often, am always keeping these wonderful memories in my mind all the time.nnBut now I am a bit concerned about the way this temple is being managed. Now the time has changed and this temple has literally lost it's charm to attract more devotees. It desperately needed a renovation as soon as possible. Otherwise may be after 10 more years, this temple may also end up in the list of 100s of abandoned temples in Kerala.nnI am giving only 3 star because this devi temple is now not being maintained properly and getting deteriorated day by day.

Good and nice place. A cool calm place where we will get fresh air. The nearby temple gives an extra ordinary freshness here to stay back a long time here.
