Ameda Temple

This is temple known for the snake gods. Situated on the banks a lake, is a scenic location. I would prefer putting navigation on your phone to come here as at times you can confuse the way to this temple as no major boards are kept.

The location of this temple is such that it is easy to get there... And the view of the surrounding areas is spectacular - with the world-renowned Vembanad lake serving as its backdrop...nThis temple retains the classical vibes that are typical of a Nagaraja (Serpent King) temple in South India. Loved the amenities that are on offer for the devotees. Do respect the rules and regulations of the temple authority... And, most importantly, make use of face masks and sanitiser before entering the temple premises. Avoid crowding as well.
