If possible I would rate it below 1star. Worst service ever. The govt employees behaves so badly there. Not at all respect for the customer. Very slow and worst service given by the employees. Not at all helpful. They closes there counter before lunch break and also gives rude answers later.

Staff is coperative done my ippb bank kyc work in just 5 min staff speak polite and also help senior citizens.

Most of the staff is helpful and polite.nI was able to do registered post in 5 minutes on Tuesday.nFridays and mondays are crowded.nOld office, old building.nTypical indian govt experience.nOld furniture, no proper instructions displayed.nBut staff is very helpful. Senior citizens are treated with respect.

They always have the issue of poor internet connectivity , i have always come across this problem .They say that the government isnt providing them proper internet connection and so people wait there in queues for hours .
