Terrible experience with their operations team. They should stick to serving food and leave the other bits to names like Swiggy and Zomato. Unprofessional, under staffed and zero customer service. Tiny restaurant that is pretending to be a individual delivery option. Made the mistake of even buying the Box8 pass for a couple of months and I regret it completely.

Waited 1.5 hours for such an average quality food. Personal learning - never order food again from Box8. Maybe if you want to order an average lunch while having your breakfast, you can go for Box8.
