Thank You Srinivas ( McDonald's - Soul Space Arena Mall ) for the Lovely Gesture...!! You were our Hunger Saviour...!! For some reason Swiggy cancelled my order without any reason, I was so upset. I got in touch with Srinivas at the store, he agreed to deliver my order.

One of worst order have ever received in McDonald's till now...i was asking about the new crispy chicken in menu...nd the waiter ws laughing at me..its ok I don't the menu...then she told me one leg piece wil come with the order...thn i told ok..i received the order nd went back showed them...ther is no leg piece...the counter person was telling me sir tht is the chicken piece...as if i m eating chicken for first time...nd i didn't even ate it...went to ask for complaint box is available...she shocked nd told... complaint box aaaa....she called some one from inside....i got angry nd left from...nWorst experience ever in my life...nHow come one international brand has cheap treating to their customers...nI have shared my order details also

Big cheaters, after the order placed on the McDonald's website order was confirmed payment also was made through phonepe ,with in 10 minutes received sms out for delivery again after 5 minutes it was delivered, but food was not delivered at all, after calling the outlet several times they are not ready to give the delivery executive number, so I lost my money, becare full before placing the order

Staffs don’t respond properly!! They’ll not explain the offers and combos.. quantity also,they’ll provide less!! Burgers don’t even match with pictures that they display.. staff laugh among themselves!!! Staff named Shubam will respond rudely!!

I am fan of their MacChicken burger since 20 years.nnThey have lots of new additions and transformation to their menu in these years, but the MacChicken is the one and only that has not changed over the years and it's still my favourite.
