Very poor and casual service of Pradhan Travels. I booked a ticket from kolkata to Puri. Bus detained more then one hour in a place. Actually they accumulate all passenger of other busses and take them in a single bus. It's horrible journey.

Bus is good. But no certainty of timing. Bus may get cancelled.

Decent bus services for going to puri. The only issue with it is they don't want their passengers to have dinner, so they do not stop for dinner. The bus only stops twice in the night for toilet break, that too in such locations where there is no shops nearby. So if you are planning to travel with pradhan travels make sure you have your dinner before you board or you carry food with you. Timing is not an issue, as it reaches puri on time.quality of buses are average. Overall a very average and starving experience for me.
