Pop-A-Lock of Brevard County

I called Pop A Lock when I locked myself out of my home. From the very beginning of the phone conversation to the time the situation was remedied, everyone I was in contact with was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. It is very hard to find a company that will treat you with respect on the phone or even show up for the reason you have called them. Brian arrived at my home in a timely manor as he stated he would and fixed the problem. Many kudos to Brian and the staff of Pop A Lock of Brevard. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their service. You will get prompt and courteous service from the entire staff. Skyler arrived in a timely fashion, was super friendly, professional, efficient and reassuring. Pricing is also better than in my own hometown! I wanted to tip him but unfortunately there's no way to do that without cash as their payment app doesn't allow a customer to show some love for wonderful service :-( He's a great ambassador for Pop-A-Lock and wonderful asset to the company!

The owner came out to fix our ignition issue and was amazing. Due to my mistake in communication it wound up being much more work than he expected, but he did it all in a timely manner and was great and very friendly the whole time. We would absolutely call for their services again, and will suggest them to anyone needing help.

Locksmith did a great job of adding a hole for deadbolt and installing lock I bought. When it came time to pay he mentioned that the person who quoted me on the phone missed the “service call fee” of $59. Paid it because I did not want to argue. If you get a quote, make sure to get the full amount in writing before the work starts. Maybe the person who quoted me should get docked those $59? Locksmith 5 stars. Person who quoted me 0 stars.

Brian was awesome! He replaced 9 locks on my project at Disney Cruise Terminal in Port Canaveral. Our GC had us on a tight deadline and Brian went way above and beyond to overcome the obstacles that were encountered! I would recommend him to everyone. They have my business for life!
