They took RS.40, 000( initial admission fee ) for a cource in MPhil bio technology through Himalayan University asked us to courier the marksheets and Adhar via express delivery. Then they said you dont qualify and the money will be refunded . I am still waiting for the refund.nUpdate(19/3/2020) After constant calling we received the refund after a period of six months . Thanks.
