Very bad experience while staying in this hotel . Worst hotel in diamond harbour. Not safe for family. Worst food quality and over priced.will not refer any one to stay here.

Extremely poor quality room respect to the price factor. Interior was very bad. Door lock was not working properly. Food quality was not good at all..

One of the worst hotels, price is high but the rooms are very small. Not well maintained. Staff behaviour is very rude. You will get nothing to eat except rice but they have a menu card. Pathetic experience

Most worthless place one can think of staying. Extremely unprofessional, No understanding towards hospitality service, Lease holder Mr. Pramanik of Ma tara Rice hotel just infront of the hotel very unprofessional actually a road side rice pice hotel suddenly started to think he can run a hotel which is not his cup of tea He is good in hi pice hotel, and should be in that business only. Actually no star to be given, Oyo is cheating with its customers while taking confirmed bookings for this particular hotel. Could not understand how come oyo is putting its valued customers in trap while even offering this hotel for booking on their websites and with other online partners. Be careful and do not even think of booking this particular hotel and also inform all that no one should even think booking this property as even a last option. Do not get fooled by the pictures what they have provided on internet.
