Good place to stay & have a short weekend trip near Kolkata. Breakfast & lunch buffet is awesome having indian & Chinese cuisines - very tasty but less spicy foods which is suitable for children & elderly persons.nBut their room services are very slow & most of the time takes more than 1 hrs to deliver a cup of tea to your rooms. Overall experience satisfactory.

Best place to stay at Diamond harbor. But not happy with food quality and taste. It could be better as they charged high price.

Such a nice place. Very friendly and courteous staff. Well maintained property, clean rooms. And good food too.nAttention to details could be improved : we had no hand wash, electric kettle wasn't working, no floor mat for the washrooms, towels were not given in one room, breakfast coupons were not given - though they realised the mistake and accommodate us later.nNevertheless, was a fun weekend. Unfortunately some of the drunk unruly guests could have been a spoiler - hope they had more brains than alcohol.nFor the resort though .. cheers! ud83dudc4d

didn't stay so incomplete review. but , we had lunch there. the staff was polite. service was quick . food was good. and you can see the river from the hotel grounds
