Main Post Office of Howrah city, located beside Howrah Municipal Corporation building near Howrah Maidan, offering various kinds of postal services to the customers.

I am not sure about the behaviour of the staff. But there is hardly any convenient procedure followed. Most importantly common people needs to suffer because of them

By far my worst experience at any post office across all of India... Being a Govt office the staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, unkind, heartless and the staff here does not care about others feelings at all even one bit. I have no problem with them being proud of their culture and being a Bengali, but they need to know, learn and understand that this is India which a country of such a diverse and proud multicultural society and they need not shout at anyone who does not know Bengali and it's not their fault and instead just concentrate on helping them out with their issues as that's what they are getting paid for.

Does anyone have the contact no of any employee working there my RMS is stuck there since 20 days how to get it
