We went with Banham for a new house alarm as we believed their reputation to be well earned. Our experience fell short of this.nI have had to chase them for dates, they cancelled the first installation date with no notice whatsoever. The second date only happened after I chased them again after ten days of no communication.nWe asked the engineers to leave our home half way through the installation as the information they were giving us about the performance of the alarm and its capabilities was worryingly different to that provided by the man who conducted the survey and sold the kit. Due to this we lost confidence in what we were being told and asked the engineers to leave. I fully expected a customer service call the next day but no, 8 days later and no communication from Banham. We have no alarm system and they are sat on £1000 deposit. Appalling service and apparently completely indifferent to their would-be customers.nHere we are Banham, awaiting your next move?nn10 days later and still no communication from Banham apart from an invoice for the installation, which never went ahead!!! Mind blowingly poor

Popped into the main showroom to get some keys cut and Alessio was professional, efficient and helpful. As usual, ID and signatures thoroughly checked to ensure only you can get your keys cut. Would recommend.

Great service. Ordered lock online in the morning along with request to have lock working with existing key. Brought them my key at lunch time, picked up new lock same afternoon. Could hardly have been done any faster

Very good service from Alessio and Stuart when I collected my locks I ordered online. Very professional service. Free parking outside on a Saturday at their head office showroom.
