The Temple is in name of Maharshi Bhagban Balmiki, the writer of the great Hindu Religion Book Ramayana. The temple is at Bada Bazar area Mallital, Nainital. The Statue of Maharshi Balmiki is here. Sri Lob and Kush the sons of Sri Ram are here with Devi Sita mata. Every day devotees offer their regards to this temple. On the month of October the temple organised Maharshi Balmiki Jayanti.nNice procession has been arranged by them.
