Well established organisation equipped with all infrastructure facilities, but the maintenance is very very poor. Not at all following the minimum hygiene norms.nIdea of giving hands on experience for the students is good, but not at the cost of patient's confidence and prolonged wiating hours. Management should identify that patient interaction with senior doctors matters a lot and make the senior doctors available for consultation.nHeard that the organisation was founded with a Nobel intension. If the management can concentrate on the maintenance also the goal is achieved.
