Mixed views! The place for sure is excellent. The staff are very courteous.nBell boy if can be made available at the parking, would be great.nThe TVs are not subscribed to any decent channels and basically we didn't get to watch any TV.nPool timings were written as 7AM - 7PM but we were told that it'll start only at 9 because of pool cleaning. We went at 10 and the pool didnt seem clean at all.nThe toilet supplies were not present and had to be asked for.n(All these are minor, but when we pay a big amount, we expect big service as well)nAll these could also be because its recently been taken over. Hoping to see all these corrected by next visit. It's a beautiful place to relax for the weekend

No toiletries provided. Too many times power outages, like 20 times in my 3 days stay(yes there is a backup).
