It is used to be one of the best hotels of Birgunj. I think due to the pandemic, the hotel's service has become poor. The food is also average. The campus is beautiful and has a swimming pool. The rooms are good.

If you are in Birgunj and want to spend few days in a comfortable place, this hotel vould be your an absolute option. Despite their longest working hours overburdened staff do thier best to make your stay would be joyful. Foods are good.

Location:nCentrally located in Birgunj. Very close by the main road.nnRoom:nStayed in a room with two single beds. Very clean and has all essential things. Very good room service. The toilet commode is quite old and uncomfortable for long seating.nnWifi:nThe lobby wifi is bad. But the room wifi is pretty good with every room having it's own wifi.nnRestaurant:nThe food varies from good to average depending on the item. Better order regular Nepali/Indian food. Service is decent, can be better.nnAmbiance:nOverall good. Has open spaces around the hotel with a pool and garden. Outdoor seating area available for venues. Plenty of parking space.

It is good but the coffee and the tea is not more delicious as much as costly. Veg momo is also not delicious and the tandoori roti is not made in tandoor so that is only roti not tanduri roti .don't order here tandoori roti but dal fry is good and the staffs are well disciplined.This is good about this hotel and casino facilities and swimming ud83cudfca‍♀ufe0fpool is available there.I was ordered a tea yesterday but they bring sugar free tea ud83cudf75

Foods are good, rooms are good, hospitality is good, well nothings much bad here. The location is also not very far from the market, the physical infrastructures around is also very good standards.
