Worst product. I have purchased 1kg Surmai Fish from Green Park Modern Bazar and I asked is it fresh or not? They said yes it is fresh I believed on them and when I brought fish at home and cooked it was smelling like intolerable. Seriously I lost my Rupees 1020/- I suggest please don't buy any kind of non veg items from Modern Bazar they are not trust worthy. Please don't buy.

Pathetic service. They do not deliver items within their allotted delivery time. I had ordered essentials like milk, bread etc. and it has been 2 days and still the items are not delivered!! The modern bazaar online app is slow and still shows that no delivery boy has been assigned for my oder till now! I strongly advise customers to not to order from Modern Bazaar!! You guys should close your operations if you can't handle the customer orders during covid crisis and not committ that you are delivering essentials. In reality you are not able to handle anything and troubling customers more during the covid crisis! I was told yesterday evening by Modern Bazaar Green Park that my order will be delivered within an hour, however I am still waiting. On top of that now their landline number is coming continuously busy and I am not being able to connect!! Amazing way to handle customers by just making your landline busy!!nPATHETIC!!

The store supervisors are unfit to handle customers, rude in behaviour and unapologetic. Never expected such treatment at a prestigious store like Modern Bazaar. If this kind of behaviour is continued, i doubt, if the management will be able to sustain and continue the operations of the store, atleast in Green Park, for a longer period of time.
