Paid all my dues of redcarpet long ago and deactivated the redcarpet account but still it is showing as a loan amount in my cibil. Where it should have been closed. I am emailing on redcarpet support from last 3 months they say go to zeta and zeta support says go to redcarpet and I also believe it's the Redcarpet who is the root. Support and services of redcarpet sucks. It's a scam guys.

this guys are fraud they are blackmailing customer's behalf on customer details and harrasing the customer this is India's no.1 fraud company I think the govt need to block this company and charge a strickt file against them

This company is fraud. I have paid every due before time again they are calling and harassing me for money. I'm fed up with these people. Close my account right now or else I'm going to consumer court and file complaint against you and highlight the issue in social media. Whoever the owner is I don't care the owner should go to jail for Harrasing people. They steel the contact from phone and text everyone they try to pay from our from by there own. Every illegal activities are being done by them. This company should be closed and if the due has not been removed from my account then I ll make sure your company is going to shut
