Too lazy staff that never even picks up calls and service is 3rd class ur parcel would be lying in front but they might say its not here and terrible service. U can not even track ur parcel the day u posted it or evem the next day it says consignment not found. Too poor service and very bad replies from staff.

No follow of social distancing rule. Even offices don't care weather rule is followed or not. Even wait half an hour to do simple speed post.
