Had one of the worst experience...had to admit my dad here two times in last three months...no proper communication, coordination among the doctors and nurses and service is not good.... Nurses will ask you to do the job and hospital collects or charges heavy on each material.... multiple times in the bill they have collected admission charges, very unfair charges on some of the non-medical items, I would never ever recommend this place for anyone..... insurance and billing department is good... discharge experience was very unpleasant, they have made me run for small items and you need to give a push or follow up each time for every small things...

This hospital and doctors killed my sister yesterday. Due to covid please don't admit and loose your life due to lack oxygen content. My sister age is just 38 only. She's don't have any health issue.but this hospital is killed my sister.

Recently visited Fr. Mullers to do a complete health check-up. Decided to take the Executive Health Care Package which was AED 5000. The whole process was quite smooth thanks to Nurse Shaila who guided me however wanted to highlight a couple of improvements.nn1. Typically they should ask you if you fasted before the first blood test which no one did and only assumed i would know to fast 10 hour before.n2. In case one of the doctors or lab technicians are unavailable for some reason, they will send you to do another test. So there is a lot of walking from one floor to another and then different areas. Instead of having it all setup in one locationn3. In this technological age they are still sending some reports via post which is understandable for those people who are poor or backward however I would presume that people who come in to do a health checkup are a little more better of and would have an email at least for the reports to be sent.

Even though there are ample parking space Parking becomes pathetic here. This is the result of security guards incompetency and attitude in handling 4 wheel parking. Security guards are very rude in handling patients and their attendant's. Even after paying huge amount for ICCU, attendant's will have to sit day and night on a chair outside without a proper room. Too much of mosquitoes make attendant's life hell.
