Summit Hampton Hotel

2 stars - for the well maintained rooms and good amenities inside the room. However with the quality of service we faced, I wouldn't rate the place any higher.nBeing situated in a tourist spot and around the holidays, one would expect a good service from a brand like Summit. Infact we've had excellent stays with Summit hotels in other tourist places.nThe confusion regarding food was a bit disappointing here...

This hotel is a budget friendly decent place to stay. The room had every facilities one would require. Our kettle and water heater was not working initially, but once we addressed the issue, they fixed everything for us. You can have a decent stay here, to feel the vibe of thekkady, you will have to get outside of the hotel, as the location is not that nature friendly.

Nice place.at moderate price..good ambience. clean and tidy..nWater provided is not good.but it's hot..and TV Fridge all are oknStaffs are cordialnDue to Corona less staffs are there so no restaurant facilities ..nRestaurants are maintained..it looks good don't know about food as it's not provided ..nTiles in the front side is falling so keep your car little backwards

Giving 3 stars for the room and the ambience. Rooms were luxurious and spacious.nRoom service was disappointing. We checked in to the hotel around 6 in the evening and were tired from journey. When we asked about the dinner , we were told that food can be ordered at 8pm and room service is available. When we went to the restaurant at 8 pm, there was nothing available except rice and dal. We were told the rest of the food was over. At 830 in the night, we went out in search of veg restaurants but couldn't find anything.nUltimately when we ordered food from the hotel itself, the person who served is food was asked to get some extra water bottles and we didn't see the water bottle even the next morning!

A simple Decent good hotel to stay at Thekkadi!n- Location is a small disadv when compared to the remaining stays nearby.n- i did not try the food combo since it was sounding a bit costly. There are cheap good restaurants in walkable distance here.n- tea when ordered to reception would take 20 min to deliver + sugar is separate.
