The best place nexrt to the pine valley!! Experienced staff with an amazing view! Rooms are well maintained. To reach the hotel by car is a bit hassle, as the entrance to the pine valley and the hotel are the same, so the road is narrow and always have a rush . It's a bit hard to reach! Except this thing the rest are amazing perfect stay, perfect staffs perfect room.

Had a good stay & experience.nHeads-up: As the road which lead to hotel is very narrow with small shops on both sides of road makes it bit difficult during peak hours.nInfrastructure is bit old & not maintained.nFood is good, parking is spacious, service is great.nLocated very close to pine forest make the area crowded.

Resort ambience is extremely superb... But the management(TREEBO) is worst when it comes to customer service..Do book here only through Treebo if you want the management to show some minimum courtesy towards you.. I made my booking through Cleartrip and I had confirmation from both Cleartrip and Treebo but the confirmation from Treebo showed that I booked a treebo resort at Jaipur.. It was Treebos internal team's error that made this happen. However I managed to get my refund from Treebo itself after waiting a whole day outside their resort. The receptionist didn't had the courtesy to ask us wait in their lobby and thus me n my family ended waiting in their parking.. The Treebo team initially refused my booking plus my refund and put the mistake on Cleartrip. They management was actually trying to make me do an instant booking there(at extra cost) and make me check in without even providing a solution for my online booking refund. Worst experience from Treebo staff. But the restaurant staff is well mannered. I would suggest the resort owner to take up the resort operations or hand it over to a new team and do not handover such responsibilities to these irresponsible people from Treebo.

Better to call hotel than resort. No amenities in a resort is available. Property is good but landscaping and maintenance of existing need to be improved. Restaurant is good. The road to hotel from main road is a crowded narrow road.nGood to book if you get it for a good price.
