OYO 15933 Hotel V Square

I would not recommend this hotel. Although the staff/service is decent(7/10) but they have certain cons:n1. Price is higher if you book through OYOn2. They do not provide you invoice if you book through OYO.n3. Not much options in breakfast. And quality is also not constant. One day it was good other day it was ridiculous.n4. Facility for warm water for bathing is through solar heater which was not working when we went.n5. You have to tell the staff for everything, for example cleaning, setting bed, replacing towels and soaps. They do nothing by themselves.n6. Also they take 100%payment in advance. Hence you cannot do much complaina as you have already paid full.

Staff is quite good and polite. But room was very small. Bathroom is also very small and not up to the mark. AC temperature is also locked you cannot change it.

Hotel average in terms of rooms. Rooms too small, car parking is a problem. The hotel can provide you only with tea and for meals orders need to be made from outside nearby restaurant. The rooms were clean but the not well maintained. Ventilation was a problem. Sasta tikau in emergency would be the right review.

Good people there to serve you.... And it has a good location that's provides everything what you need.... I mean there are many restaurants..

The room is okayish can't be called a 2 star room. But twi stars are for bad behaviour of manager. He is extremely rude and does not give any respect to his guests. I had a scuffle with him. I stayed with my friend who was sleepingso i ordered breakfast for myself only. When i called him in half and hour to place order for my friend he asked me angrily why didn't i order earlier. When i asked him how he can say this he rudely told me this is the way he woeks. I was angry to hear that so i said i will never stay at this hotel to which he said his business does not depend on a single guest. I wonder if he knows how service industry works.nnI hope owner of this hotel reads this and takes action against this person
