I had a booking for 1 night at this hotel through paytm on 11th jan 2020..when i reached the hotel for check in the person at the reception verified my details and told me that he cannot allow me to check in as there was some payment problem..i told him that u can verify it's prepaid booking done on 4th jan thorough paytm..he told that online platforms take good amount from customers but provide us with half of that amount..I don't know what is the problem between them but as a gesture of support and responsibility he should have allowed me to check in..i was waiting at the reception for more than 2 hrs cotacting paytm and raising issues..neither paytm nor that person supported me..finally fed up of all i started to move from the hotel then finally he allowed me to check in..nThere may be business issues from his side but it was very irresponsible of him to not allow tourists and persons like me who are new to some place to check in..i strongly won't recommend this hotel to anyone..there were problems like this vefore also but no hotel management behaved like this..really unfortunate it was..

Stay was average. Staff was courteous. This hotel is around 1 km from gwalior station so if you have a train to catch you might give it a shot. Although if you are going by your own vehicle you'll have to park it outside the hotel.
