In my final year of IDOL TYBA with a major in English Literature. We students need help in these difficult times of lockdown and the university never seems to have anyone available on the phone/email/desk. My exam is in less than 20 days and I have not received any books (which I have paid for and visited the campus to collect them multiple times) they are always out of stock. The books for half my papers are not even available on the website. How am I expected to study? Is there no service/help for IDOL students at all?

i went 3 time for final year TY Bcom books but still not get all books and exams are fro 8th June 2021 how is this possible??? is anyone here to answer??????nPhone Numbers is Working but no one is there to answernStaff is also not professional the will just as 3 copy Xerox every time and waste your time in Xerox queue.ni have seen there is too much of staff sitting free and gossiping.

Good environment, communication issues with the staff and remember to always carry all your documents for the particular work you go or else keep taking rounds for one or the other doc.
