My brother's blood sample was collected by Suburban Diagnostics Maxus (Bhayander west, near Flyover) for the COVID-19 test.nWe received the results that the test was negative. Then the next day we receive a call from the Municipality that they received a report that my brother is positive for COVID 19.nWe tried calling the call center but in vain - we were kept on HOLD there was no response. We went to the pathology center in person, after making us wait for over 2 hours there was no concrete response.nThen in the evening, we get a call from the Suburban main office (in Andheri) that the report provided to us was wrong and my brother is infact positive for COVID.nThe repercussion of such a mistake could be enormous. This mistake is just unacceptable to be left unsaid.
