Treebo Trip Shillong Mantra Apartment

Worst experience at hotel. Location also not good at all.risky place to stay. Hotel manager non friendly, rude, non cooperative. Treebo should check the staff,manager n location. If could give negative marks than would have given -10 on scale of -10 to +10.

Booked this place for our recent vacation in shillong. The location is very remote and inaccessible for cars. The roads leading to the hotel are extremely steep and narrow. If you stay here, no vehical or car would want to come to this location and you are stuck up in the hotel after evening. No food options nearby. Nothing is accessible from the hotel at a walking distance. The owner is very rude and arrogant too. Not recommended at all !!!

Staff's behavior was nice. Manager Sanjay Das was very helpful person. But location is very bad. Food was not ok at all. Amenities were very old. I only liked the staff's behavior.
