Service is poor. While entering I felt like I have entered an army camp. The security persons were not polite.. it has the potential to be a good place to visit provided they upgrade There kitchen. I got my order after 3 hours....

Serene and quite, with a touch of nature in its fold. Was really rejuvenating and the cottage rooms are just amazing with an awesome inspired nature theme. But do carry ur own swimming trunks or end up paying 200 per trunks even though swimming is complimentary.

I will be mainly criticizing the restaurant and the service of this resort. I do not recommend the restaurant for eating because the food is too expensive while the taste is below average. The staff is very limited so your orders may get mixed up like how it happened to me. One waiter can be seen serving, cleaning and taking orders. This shows that the restaurant is under staffed and they should at least hire extra staffs during the weekend for a smooth service. The food is not that great, they add over powering flavour in some of the dishes which does not make it tasty at all as they think.nThe overall place however is very clean, open and filled with various activities and beautiful flora and fauna.nGreat for family or friends outing.

Place was good, but when we order food they make us wait more than 3hrs than we left with disappointment, the management were very poor, the manners some of the workers were very rude behaviour. I wouldn't suggest any one to go there or not. but for me that place sucks! i just wasted my time and money if there was 0star i would love to rate it!
