The flats are newly built good for small families from safety point of view. Just that Colour schematic of the building is horrible.

Good location for who don't like hustle and crowded place , near temple is Iskcon temple(under construction) which very beautiful, in Fogg top floor's view is like building is floating aver cloud

The only star not given is due to proximity, if it was located any where near the town.... I think you got the point

Earthquake proof structures. Full natural light in every room. Ventilation in every room. Quality products used. Very roomie area in every room.
