COMPLAINTn3rd class serviceability of the dealer (AIRI CYCLES, CYCLE MARKET, LUDHIANA)nDon't now how the big companies like Hero, Neelam, Hercules etc can put on such dealers as their face for sales and marketing which eventually landed big brand names to spot their image to bad books in market.nI bought one bicycle almost a month ago NEELAM STUNNER PRO, while going for hardly my second or third ride the crank and padel thread got damaged and didn't got assembled again, which is clearly a problem of assembly person over their at dealer end who didn't matched the padel and crank thread properly.nWhen the same I took to the dealer he straight away denied to change the same said just through it on to my head if it is got damaged, it is not my fault and further added with that company itself is responsible for this material, go to company.nnNow guys plzzz imagine the situation of the buyer who had bought the 9800 rupee costed cycle from him i.e. NEELAM STUNNER PRO.nnGuys I will suggest never ever go to this irresponsible dealernni.e AIRI CYCLES, THE BIG FRAUDS !!!

Product is not good as compared with price . Paint removing even after 1 month. Brakes accessories is not good quality chain problem

Bad experince in dealing with them.....a good brand must take care of their customers but they are ignorant in all ways .....

My experience is very bad with neelam cycles. Bad products and services.
