We were headed back home to the very cold state of Michigan from our trip to Florida (earlier this week Monday 3/15/21) and we made a day stop here. We did not even know it was there, we just took an exit and we were so glad we did. Beautiful and peaceful. we both were in like total aw of the beauty here. It was just gorgeous and obviously it is still winter in early March so I cannot imagine what this will look like in the spring when everything is in bloom or even the summer/fall months.nSimply amazing. The people were all very nice as well. We are planning a trip in the near future to stay in one of the cabins we saw on our quick visit.nnWe loved it !

Lovely little park. There is a lot of nice day use space to use. We have a 38ft. Fifth wheel camper and we made it through the narrow roads to get there. We loved our spot #2. It was a peaceful spot. We will come back to this park again when driving through :)

Probably my favorite park that I have been to in the area so far. Amazing views and tons of different hiking trails to explore! The staff was very friendly and good about explaining the differences between the east and west camps for me as well. I'll definitely come back to hike another trail!

Awesome place, exceeded our expectations! The east campground spots are pretty small, but there were tons of places for kids to play. We had family staying in a historic cabin and it was an easy, short walk between us. We got camping spots 2 and 3 and they had huge woods behind so it felt very private. Several easy hiking options with trail heads near the historic cabins. We didn't do any difficult ones, but those are there too. Very friendly and helpful staff answered several rounds of questions!
