Nice. They have a warm hot tub. Pool some of the year. Playground, able to dump for reasonable price. Great location near i-5. Friendly. See you again. Not always having propane readily available but great price when they can pump.

Pam, the manager. She is extraordinarily amazing. Came down for work and the resort is extremely clean. Lots of activities to do, and easy to use facilities. Wifi is great, hookups simple and clean to set, laundry, bathroom and all the other goodies are a amazing plus! highly recommend and will be coming back!

Stay here whenever you get the opportunity.nnPam, John, and the staff were absolutely the most accommodating and welcoming of any RV resort where I have stayed. Great people and they just made you feel like family. And in a non-intrusive way as well. It was just perfect.nIf it were possible to give a higher rating and a better review; I certainly would!n...because they deserve it!

Park was clean, contacted check in was effortless, large paved and open pull through rv sites, campground is well maintained and reasonably priced. We look forward to staying here again this summer.

Although my trailer is too old to stay there on a monthly basis, for $10 I can flush my tanks. A very nice facility and super friendly staff.
