New keys cut for caravan that caused damage to the lock on the caravan. The keys did not fit properly but technician said they would loosen up with use and it was OK to force the key. No problem at all with the original key. While away had to get a locksmith to open the van because the new key was spinning in the lock. Lake Macquarie locksmith refused to take any responsibility. Very poor customer service.
