Very bad service,lack of staff .Not eligible for modern banking era.No scope for providing of passbook update last from 6th month.I have have bitter experience of a account closure case in this branch.Account holder demise,nominee apply for closing the account,but the case still pending due to designated staff being on leave or absent for a long days ,as clarify by other staff.Is it should be a modern scenario of UBI ,Makha Branch? Shame on this Bank authority for not looking customer care....
