United Bank of India - Uttarpara Branch

Very poor service now, due to shortage of staff. But the staff are trying their level best.

Having one house building loan with this branch . My CIBIL score goes bottom due to bad workmanship of The branch manager. Several times I had paid execs money as system were shown as over due . I could not understand their system though I kept always sufficient funds in my loan account.nI have decided to shift the hbl another Bank after Lockdown .

Worst bank ever !!! I suggest every one to close your account from this bank and pls avoid this bank !!! The bank faculties are nonsense and lazy !!! their daily routine is harassing customers!!!

Today when I had gone for my passbook update due to some quierey I have gone to counter there two ladies in a counter after that one gentleman. I ask one of lady for my account on first of she didn't help and also used slang language. I am to surprise that this staffs are coming any family of pross quarter or what as if there behavior to similar to that which can't expect to a bank like this.

Bank is open today 10th September 2020?
