The Care Nursing Home

One of the worst nirsing homes in uttarpara though Dr. Arnab Dutta is a very good doctor bt the behaviour of the staffs and security is worst. They did not know how to behave with patient party. Sister and caring guys are sleeping through night instead of taking care of the patients. They misplaced medicines and blaming that the patient party had take the medicines away. The staffs are so careless bt onething they care is about money.nnI strongly recomend if you want to visit mr arnab dutta u should try to catch him some another place not here at care nursing home.

The Care Nursing Home also known as Shyamoli Policlinic is a small Nursing Home. If you are going there, take sufficient time with you. Lots of people under small roof feels you uneasy. Road side space is there for two wheeler parking however no space for four wheeler parking. Doctors are good and stuffs behaviour is also acceptable. However, you will feel a bazaar like environment as there are lots of people into that small area. Another thing I would like to mention is that, they don't deliver pathology test reports on Sunday. Before doing any test, ask about the report delivery date.

Waiting time is horrible. We were told the doctor will start at 11:00 am. We were there at 11:30. The doctor started at about 12:40. We saw a long queue of MR persons. We got our chance at about 14:30. It’s not only annoying but also makes you feel that the staffs don’t really value you. It's probably doctor's residence. Still she started 1:30 hr after given time. The doctor was, however, really good and well behaved. My advice is to adjust your time accordingly.

Doctors are good but administration totally unprofessional regarding consultant appointment . waiting time approx 2hr minimum.during this covid time they never do any proper arrangement to avoid crowd .so many aged persons visit there .seating facility not maintained according to the crowd .they ask every one to come at same time..all coordinators are irresponsible .
